The Princeton Project Update 1: October 22, 2023

We’re excited to announce that The Princeton has received its license to start construction. We’re in the final stages of negotiating with the top contractors in Medellin.

Once we have selected a contractor we will begin selling units in the building. There will be just 2 units for sale as Medellin Penthouses has already committed to purchase 1 of the units.
