To own part of The Princeton you will invest in co-op, meaning that you will own part of the building. These units are designated strictly for AirBNB and there are a total of 5 investment slots that will be available in January, 2024. Each investment slot provides a guaranteed rate of return with an option for buy-out at an additional profit 3 years after The Princeton starts renting its units on AirBNB.
Our target market for renters are Americans and Europeans. As such we expect to rent units from $500-$1600 USD per night, depending on the season.
